Setup

Who, on your side: The owner of the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace.
Prerequisites: An Enterprise or Edu plan. Team plans have no admin API: the CSV import takes over.
What to provide: The Compliance API key and the Workspace ID.
Where to get it: The owner creates the Compliance API key; its scope must be approved by OpenAI (request via support).

OpenAI takes time to approve the Compliance scope: make it the first request you send. During the private beta, setup is assisted.
