No API? The CSV import covers the rest.
A vendor without a public API, a plan that exposes no administration: three CSV formats are enough to bring costs, licenses and employees into the same dashboard.
Connection through the official admin API, read-only: optidome never modifies the configuration of your tools.
What optidome measures
The data collected, as is.

| License CSV | Application, employee, monthly cost, last activity. Dormant status is computed when absent (more than 30 days without activity). |
| Employee CSV | Email, department, team, subsidiary: the basis of the breakdown by team, from an HRIS or AD export. |

Before you start.
- How often should we import?
- A monthly export is enough to track billing. The import is idempotent: re-running it never creates duplicates.
- Can CSV imports and connectors be mixed?
- Yes: each tool keeps its own source, and optidome never sums two sources for the same usage. No double counting.
