What to prepare.
- Who, on your side
- An administrator with access to the Mistral Backoffice.
- Prerequisites
- The Mistral Admin API (in preview, Enterprise plans).
- What to provide
- An “Admin API key” created in the Backoffice. A regular API key is not enough, even when created by an administrator.
- Where to get it
- Mistral Backoffice → API keys → Create key.
Frequently asked questions

- Our organization has no access to the Admin API.
- The usage CSV import provides cost visibility in the meantime: a monthly export is enough, and re-running the import never creates duplicates.
